Candidates must possess integrity and strong work ethic. Work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., off on Fridays. Valid driver’s license required.

Job Description
We are seeking a Cabinet Architect / Cabinet Designer to create detailed cabinet layouts, drawings, and specifications for residential and commercial projects. This role involves working closely with customers, builders, and our shop team to ensure every design is accurate, functional, and aligned with the customer’s vision. You will play a key role in translating ideas into build‑ready plans that our craftsmen can execute with precision.
Qualifications
Stellar work ethic and reliability
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviation
Strong understanding of cabinet construction, woodworking methods, and hardware
Ability to create accurate cabinet drawings, elevations, and cut lists
Experience using design software such as:
Mozaik Software
SketchUp
AutoCAD
Or similar CAD/design tools
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and measurements
Must be able to interact with customers on a professional and friendly level
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions clearly
Must take personal pride in producing accurate, high‑quality work the first time
Must have a valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
No physical limitations that would prevent occasional site visits, measuring, or handling samples
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
Prior experience in cabinet design, millwork drafting, or architectural design
Experience preparing cut lists or shop drawings for custom cabinetry
Knowledge of kitchen and bath design standards
Familiarity with commercial cabinetry or architectural millwork
Experience working directly with homeowners, contractors, or builders
Understanding of material selection, finishes, and hardware options
Skills
Cabinet layout and design
CAD or cabinet design software
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings
Creating elevations, sections, and build‑ready drawings
Strong spatial awareness and problem‑solving
Clear communication with customers and shop teams
High attention to detail and accuracy
