Christian, family-owned cabinet shop is looking for new team member to join our growing business. We offer a supportive drug-free workplace building custom cabinets for our customers. Candidates must possess integrity and strong work ethic. Work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., off on Fridays. Valid driver’s license required.

Line Creek Cabinetry is seeking a Cabinet Builder to work on home remodeling projects in the Fayette and Coweta County area. 

Job Description

We are seeking a Cabinet Builder / Cabinet Technician to work in our shop, constructing custom cabinetry and millwork components. This role involves hands‑on woodworking, assembly, and preparation of cabinets for installation. You will work closely with our team to ensure every project meets our quality standards and reflects the level of craftsmanship our customers expect.

Qualifications

  • Stellar work ethic and reliability

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviation

  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and measurements

  • Experience assembling cabinet boxes, face frames, drawers, and doors

  • Able to drill for hinges, install drawer fronts, and fit hardware

  • Ability to safely operate woodworking tools, including:

    • Table saw

    • Band saw

    • Power hand saw

    • Router

    • Planer

    • Sanders

    • Powered nail gun

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced shop environment and meet project timelines

  • Must interact professionally and respectfully with team members and occasional customers

  • Must take personal pride in producing high‑quality work the first time

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a verifiable good driving record

  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check

  • No physical limitations that would prevent lifting, bending, or handling materials

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Prior experience in cabinet building, woodworking, or millwork

  • Experience with cabinet refacing

  • Experience cutting moldings

  • Ability to install crown molding

  • Cabinet painting or finishing experience

Skills

  • Cabinet assembly

  • Drilling for hinges

  • Installing doors and drawer fronts

  • Installing roll‑out trays

  • Safe operation of woodworking tools

  • Precision measuring and layout

  • Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
